2017 Performance Training Program



CESA will be offering a 15 session Performance Training Program for athletes from July 10th August 11th.   Summer Performance training is designed to help each athlete prepare for the upcoming year while increasing athletic performance.  Athletes will be grouped by age and gender in order to individualize each program to provide the best results.  Each training session will focus on soccer specific movements’ patterns, change of direction, reaction, agility, linear and lateral speed development as well as balance coordination and appropriate age specific strength training.  30-45 minutes of each training session will be focused on technical training with a soccer ball.  Athletes in this program will be learning how to move properly, focusing on proper form running.  Youth athletes go through growth spurts throughout their early life and proper training will help players reach their athletic potential faster.  Injury prevention protocols are also integrated into the program so that athletes can perform at their best while decreasing their risk of injury.  The end of each 90 minute session will conclude with a proper flexibility cool down.

***Appropriate testing protocols and evaluations will take place at the start and end of the program to show improvement over the course of the program***

                Who & Time:                 U9-11 Boys & Girls: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 4:30-6:00 PM 

                           U12-14 Girls: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 6:00-7:30 PM

                           U12-14 Boys: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9:00-10:30 AM

                           U15-18 Girls: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10:30 AM -12:00 PM 

                           U15-18 Boys: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 12:00-1:30 PM


        Cost:                        SESSION 2: $375 per Player       $10 Sibling Discount for additional family members

            PAY PER SESSION:  $30 per Training Session (Minimum of 8 Sessions)
