Develop and Implement an athletic performance program for CESA athletes that will enhance the wellbeing of an athlete through strength and conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation, nutrition, and educational programming.
CESA is currently restaffing the Performance Training program. Updates will be provided as hires are made.
Sasha Robinson (CESA Head Athletic Trainer)
Sasha is a native of South Carolina, chose to stay in state and attend Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. In 2011 she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, and the following year received her certification from the National Board of Certification. Currently she is a member of the National Athletic Training Association, South Carolina Athletic Training Association, and the Bon Secours St. Francis Sports Medicine team where her primary site is Carolina Elite Soccer Academy. On a daily basis Sasha provides immediate care for sports related injuries during practices and games, and refers athletes for further medical attention when necessary. At this time Sasha has decided to expand her knowledge in the medical field by pursing a license in Massage Therapy, in which she will complete in spring 2015.
