There is no cost associated with this process. Please scan and email the information requested below to CESAcheckin@gmail.com by Thursday, November 9, 2023.
The email subject line needs to be your team's official name and age group.
* If you have a team check in question please email to CESAcheckin@gmail.com *
Team check in required documents:
- Official State Certificated Tournament Roster OR Official State Certificated Roster OR Official State Certified Travel Roster (that is part of the Permission to Travel paperwork)
- Guest Player paperwork if team has guest players (limit 3 guest players)
- Scan copy of the player card for each player, guest player(s) and coaches.
*Laminated player card OR digital player card (Official Digital Player Card system) for each player, guest player(s) and coaches will be needed at the fields.
- Completed 2023 Fall Challenge Player Liability & Parent Conduct Form
- Permission to Travel documentations for teams outside of South Carolina.
