On-Line Check In for the Fall Challenge!!

There is no cost associated with this process.  Please scan and email the information requested below to CESAcheckin@gmail.com by Tuesday, November 10, 2026.

The email subject line needs to be your team's official name and age group.

* If you have a team check in question please email to CESAcheckin@gmail.com *

Team check in required documents:

1. Completed 2026 Fall Challenge Player Liability & Parent Conduct Form
2. a) Official State Certified/ stamped roster OR b) If you are taking club pass (guest) players, Official state Certified/ approved tournament guest player (SCYSA Travel roster if SC team) OR c) Pool rosters are NOT allowed. If you have a pool team that splits into multiple teams, each team split must have a separate official tournament roster (SCYSA travel roster if SC team) NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Mark through names of players showing on the roster who will not be participating in the tournament.
4. Player card copies for each player and coach(es) participating in the tournament.
5. OUT OF STATE TEAMS: Copy of your State Certified/ approved permission to travel documents, including the approved travel roster.

*Player card for each player, guest player(s) and coach(es) will be checked at the fields prior to each game. Only official state issued laminated player cards or official state system digital player cards will be accepted*

We have partnered with Traveling Teams to handle Stay to Play lodging for all out of town teams. They will be reaching out shortly after your registration to provide you with the hotel link and a point of contact for any hotel accommodation assistance. SEE LINK BELOW
